What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am currently the exclusive leasing agent for 2.5 million s/f in NYC. I also have a three-person team doing promotional brokerage throughout NYC. In the future I am planning to increase the number of landlords (and s/f) I represent, as well as increase my team size and deal volume.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? A nice meal with my wife, read a few books to my kids and hope to sneak in a few TV shows before bed.
Favorite book or author: “The Alchemist” by Paolo Coelho

Last song you purchased/downloaded? The Lion King on Broadway (we are taking my son in the spring)

Rules to live by in business: Be honest and do the right thing. The world is round and more than likely you will cross paths with the same person more than once.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? Sam Field. Sam founded Adams & Co. Real Estate in 1920 and I would love to learn more from him. He had to foresight to buy as many buildings as he could and at one point managed a portfolio of over 400 buildings in NYC...I would go to Katz’ Deli, it was around when Sam was alive and I wouldn’t want to waste time talking about a new restaurant.
What is your DREAM job? I would own my former sleepaway camp, Camp Greylock.
