First job outside of real estate: I worked at the counter of a small restaurant in the Chestnut Hill Mall called Le Grand Cafe. I served up a mean espresso.

First job in real estate or allied field: When I turned 18, I worked during summers at AllBright Realty in Brighton, MA leasing apartments to college students. To this day, my boss at AllBright was one of the best bosses I ever worked for.

What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I work with the entire team at ABS Partners Real Estate, focusing on leasing and advising growing tech and creative companies on their real estate requirements. My eventual goals are to source and present investment opportunities to the firm.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Boxing, now just for exercise. Although, this past year I have fought in two WBA sanctioned fights to raise money for charity; I am 2-0.

Favorite book or author: “House of Cards” by William D. Cohan. This book gave a great recount of the 2008 financial crisis in describing the rise and fall of Bear Stearns, which many said was like the Sparta of Wall Street. This book reads like the movie “300.”

Favorite movie: “The Professional”

Last song you purchased/downloaded? “Waves” By Kanye West. Love him or hate him, it’s hard to deny his creative ingenuity.

One word to describe your work environment: Entrepreneurial

Rules to live by in business: Good things come to those who wait, but only what’s left by those who hustle.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? Steve Hornstock, a co-managing partner at ABS.

What is your dream job? An entertainer, similar to a Frank Sinatra figure.
