What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? 1031 Advance is a qualified exchange intermediary that does tax deferred exchanges throughout the U.S. My business partner, Steven Allred, and I started working together in 1989. He later founded one of the largest title company-owned exchange intermediaries in the U.S. Years later, we joined forces to start 1031 Advance, an independent company that focuses on excellent service, expertise and competitive pricing. Our business plan is to continue steady growth throughout the US. Currently, we have offices in the west, northwest and the south. We plan to expand into the midwest and the east within the next year. Our primary goal is to maintain a hands-on personalized approach for each exchange while keeping affordable pricing for investors. Hobbies: I enjoy working out, reading, gardening, traveling and fundraising, but there is nothing I enjoy more than spending time with friends and family.
