We currently handle over $100 million in investment sales, leasing and loan sale advisory assignments. In 2010, we closed over 20 transactions and plan to become the No. 1 Brooklyn brokerage by 2012. On the retail services front we plan on expanding our reach by focusing on tenant representation and adding leasing brokers and sales associates over the course of 2011. We anticipate a continued increased in transactional volume and increased retail activity in 2011, and intend to capitalize on our focused infrastructure to fully implement our borough wide strategy.
