What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As director, I manage all of the interiors projects in the office, as well as a team of designers. In the future, I hope to continue the great level of design that we produce and grow the department. My ultimate goal is to have Ismael Leyva Architects more recognized in the interior design industry.

What is your dream job? My dream job would be to design residential and hospitality spaces, with unlimited budgets and total creative freedom, while still mentoring other designers. Besides my knowledge of design and finishes/furniture, I would love to pass on the business ethics and management techniques that I feel are necessary to succeed in the future.
