What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? My primary focus is to bring in new business and recruit talented agents to our organization. As for the future, our goal is to enhance our technology offerings to help agents be more efficient and effective.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Spending time with my family and friends. When there’s time, I’ll hit the links.

Favorite book or author: “From Good to Great,” by Jim Collins. It helped me understand that the most effective change is one that happens gradually. Our firm is always a “work in progress.”

Favorite movie: I can’t decide - Wedding Crashers, Almost Famous and The Shawshank Redemption. I love all those movies.

Last song you purchased/downloaded? “Fix You” by Coldplay.

One word to describe your work environment: Dynamic.

Rules to live by in business: Honesty and integrity are a must – but it’s also important in a hospitality business like real estate to not only meet, but exceed, your clients’ expectations.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? I would have dinner at Rao’s in Harlem with the legendary Jerry Garcia.

What is your DREAM job? (something other than your current job) A high-powered sports agent. I love sports and the art of hammering out deals... Plus it would let me put my legal background to good use.
