What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Currently, I am principal of Roey Realty, focusing on the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties in the boroughs. We recently opened a financing division specializing in providing mezzanine financing and preferred equity. I look forward to opening another real estate firm focused primarily on acquisitions and growing my own real estate portfolio.
