What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am president at Bestreich Realty Group, a Brooklyn-based investment real estate sales firm with 10 brokers and three members of support staff. My primary focus is real estate brokerage activities but I also oversee company direction and operations. For 2016 year to date, our group has brokered the sale of 34 properties totaling over 300 units for over $110 million. Our objective is to become the preeminent investment sales group in the market.
How do you unwind from a busy day? I live in Park Slope and enjoy spending time outside or at Prospect Park with my family.
Favorite book or author: “Atlas Shrugged” by Ayn Rand was very impactful when I first read it post college.
Favorite movie: I don’t have a favorite movie.
Last song you purchased/downloaded? I’ve recently spent a lot of time listening to the “Of Monsters and Men” station on Pandora. Haven’t downloaded or purchased a song in years.
