What your firm does now and its plans for the future? Eyzenberg & Company is a real estate investment bank with core competencies in arranging debt, preferred equity and mezzanine loans, and joint venture equity for existing, transitional and to-be-built projects. We’re also one of the foremost experts in bifurcating/financing ground leases and leasehold interests. We plan to expand our NYC base and establish beachheads in other key markets.

Hobbies:  Vee Arnis Ju-Jitsu (third-degree black belt)
