What your firm does now and its plans for the future? We do an alt 1031 exchange into Delaware Statutory Trusts, for deferral of capital gains tax on commercial real estate transactions. IRS Revenue Ruling 2004-86 applies, all deals no recourse financing: We do product, represent a dozen sponsors allowing for diversification, potential income and long term depreciation and appreciation. Going forward we’ll continue great service and representation for our clients.  To the professional community we bring CE and CLE credits to support our appreciation of them, with good food and laughs.

Hobbies: Hiking, biking, working out, cooking, someone else cleaning.
