First job in real estate or allied field: Investment sales broker, but my father is an attorney, so I grew up learning about real estate law and transactions.

What do you do now and what are you planning for the future?:I lead a sales team of real estate professionals that focuses on North and West Brooklyn neighborhoods and expect the company will expand further into Queens, Upper Manhattan and the Bronx in next year or so.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate?:I work out a few times a week at Equinox Club in Williamsburg.The adrenaline of being a sales broker is a similar rush that you get when you’re lifting weights or doing high intensity cardio classes in the gym.

Favorite book or author: Michael Lewis’ “Moneyball”

Billy Beane just thought outside the box and used his brain to outthink the rest of the managers in the MLB, and that’s how he got his competitive edge. It’s an excellent read.

Favorite movie: “The Thomas Crown Affair,” with Pierce Brosnan as the lead.

Real estate is a thinkers business and his mind enabled him to become wildly successful financially and in his personal life.

Last song you downloaded?:I haven’t downloaded a song since the Napster days, but I like Spotify, and listen to John Legend, Muse, and top hits.

One word to describe your work environment: Determined 

Rules to live by in business: If you out think, and out work your competition, you will be successful in real estate and the sky is the limit in terms of where you can go. Be honest with your clients and deliver on the expectations you lay out on the front end.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go?:Julius Caesar

It would be really interesting to learn about the Roman Empire and his leadership.

What is your dream job?:Traveling the world and write about the adventures, while creating a charity event focused on healthy lifestyles that gives back to local communities.
