What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? New client acquisition through competitive pricing. Supervise field operations overseeing construction progress and resource allocations for multiple projects. Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor compliance with all building safety codes and all current DOB regulations. Manage production teams/staff and assign specific tasks. We are currently branching out into the concrete garage structure repair arena as new laws passed have opened up tremendous opportunities to increase our yearly volume in this up and coming market.
