They (tenants) will respect you for it. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I would invite my mom that passed three years ago to an amazing dinner at The Plaza Hotel in N.Y.C. What is your dream job? From when I was a little girl at the age of 8, vacationing yearly at Woodloch Pines, I always dreamed of being one of the managers for the Family Resort.
