Acquire/develop and redevelop residential and commercial projects in the New York City metro area. Future plans are to increase the size of the company and real estate holdings by 100% every 3-4 years. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Train for mini-iron man competitions and coach my 11 and 14 year old sons in various sports. Favorite book or author: Dan Brown. I love great suspense novels to keep you guessing. Favorite movie: "Top Gun" Last song you downloaded? "Sweat" by Snoop Dog - Great practice motivational song. One word to describe your work environment? Energetic Rules to live by in business: Work hard, work smart but play fair and honest. You will always be able to look yourself and your family in the eye and hold your head up no matter what happens so long as you did it with the highest of integrity. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Moses and he could pick the restaurant or maybe a Starbucks if he didn't have the time. What is your dream job? Developing real estate. That was my dream and I have made it into a reality and I love going to my office every single day!
