I found that teaching English was a great way to travel abroad, so I found a job with Inlingua Costa Rica. This decision shaped the next few years of my life. First job in real estate or allied field: While I was living in Costa Rica, I developed a couple of residential rental homes catered to the growing expat community outside of the capital city of San Jose. This experience really sparked my strong interest in the real estate industry. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future: I currently manage a team solely focused on marketing commercial retail properties for sale. I plan to grow my team's presence throughout the five boroughs of New York City and beyond. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate: If my daughter is awake, I put her to bed; otherwise I enjoy a relaxing dinner with my wife.
