Powering success through connection: The vision and impact of IREON

As we close out another successful year at ireon, we’re proud to look back on a period defined by growth, collaboration, and meaningful business wins across our membership. This year, our members continued to show why ireon stands apart — through genuine relationships, active engagement, and unwavering support for one another.

In 2025, we welcomed 20 new members across key professional categories, strengthening our roster and expanding the opportunities available to everyone in the group. I never intended for ireon to be a networking group, it is meant to be a business development organization where its members work and learn from each other and, as a team, grow their businesses. That is the reality today, and the future is brighter than ever.

Our in-person events — from breakfasts to social gatherings — drew some of our strongest participation yet, reinforcing the power of gathering face-to-face. We also saw continued growth in digital visibility, with strong engagement across our social media channels, highlighting member achievements and celebrating the collaborations that make this group so unique.

The one-on-one meetings are expanding to include multiple members eager to collaborate on new business projects.

Since introducing the one-on-one virtual meeting benefit into our operations, we’ve been able to fast track new members’ integration and deepen relationships across the organization. Every conversation gives me a clearer understanding of each member’s business and, more importantly, a chance to connect with them on a personal level. As these friendships grow, so does our motivation to support one another’s success. This is the foundation of ireon

Most importantly, this year reaffirmed the core of who we are: a community of high-caliber professionals who show up for each other, advocate for one another, and contribute to a culture where trust drives real results.

As we head into the new year, we’re energized by what we’ve accomplished — and even more excited for what’s ahead. I am grateful to all the members who help ireon grow professionally and in its reputation for having the highest caliber of members serving all sectors, locally and nationally. The opportunities continue to grow, and together, so do we.

ireon members grow and prosper from the company they keep and the relationships they share.”
