Manhattan, NY The HOPE Program honored IREM NYC’s Randall Powell, CPM and his company, Infinite Horizons at their Empowering Prosperity Gala on May 7th at Tribeca 360 in New York City for their ongoing work and commitment to empowering New Yorkers to build sustainable futures.

Powell is the co-founder (along with his brother Roland Powell) and CEO of Infinite Horizons and has been instrumental in building his company into a vertically integrated developer of energy-efficient affordable housing — always rooted in the conviction that underserved communities should not just survive change, but benefit from it.

Powell and Infinite Horizons are focused on the goal of helping develop properties owned by banks, faith based organizations, nonprofits or the city into affordable housing that will provide safe and decent housing for the community, thus helping to stabilize the neighborhoods where these properties are located. Powell and Infinite Horizons are a strategic partnership with HOPE Workforce & Development.
