Pomerantz and Brod of PBS secure 37,256 s/f lease

According to PBS Real Estate, Stuart Weitzman, a global leader in designer footwear, has signed a 10-year lease agreement for 37,256 s/f at 625 Madison Ave. PBS' Laura Pomerantz and John Brod represented Stuart Weitzman. The move represents an expansion and relocation of Stuart Weitzman's corporate headquarters and showroom, previously located at 50 West 57th St. The new space will be located above Weitzman's flagship retail store on the building's third floor, which was formerly occupied by Hermes. "We were pleased to secure such a perfect location that meets Stuart Weitzman's long-term growth objectives, while also increasing accessibility and convenience for wholesale buyers," said Pomerantz, principal of PBS. "As retailers look to maintain a consistent message across all channels, it's important to have a real estate strategy that enhances brand equity. Located above its flagship retail store, with prominent neighboring tenants in the building including Ralph Lauren, Bulgari and Bergdorf Goodman, Stuart Weitzman's new space provides a strong foundation to support future growth."
