Polsinelli of Besen selected to sell 160-unit apt. bldg.
Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive broker of the platinum team of Besen & Associates has been awarded the assignment to sell a second residential package located at 144 Roosevelt Ave. in Flushing. The property is an elevator apartment building with 160 units. The property also contains a 40-car underground parking garage.
Polsinelli was previously awarded a ten-building package of apartment buildings which sold for more the asking price. "The strength of the Flushing residential market is clearly an indication that investing in rent-regulated apartments is the best hedge in a volatile real estate environment," said Polsinelli.
