Polsinelli and Portelli of Besen handle $5.95m sale of four-story walk-up
According to Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive broker of the platinum team, and Christen Portelli, sales manager at Besen & Associates, the sale of 40-30 73rd St. in Woodside has been completed. The sale price was $5.95 million.
This four-story walk-up contains 48 residential units. The area was recently rezoned for additional units. Both seller and purchaser were long time clients of Polsinelli and Portelli, who represented both sides of the transaction.
