Pliskin Realty & Development closes on $820,000 sale in Melville

According to Pliskin Realty & Development, a full-service commercial real estate company, two of its associates teamed up to close on an $820,000 sale of a retail/office building located at 707 Rte. 110. Pliskin's vice president of Investment Sales Mitchell Friedman represented the seller, a private investor, and Pliskin sales associate Greg Batista represented the buyer, also a private investor. The buyer will be using the 4,000 s/f, two-story property after a renovation is completed. Batista concentrates in the leasing of retail properties and the sale of investment properties, including shopping centers, other retail properties, office buildings and multifamily residential properties, on behalf of Pliskin's diverse clientele. Friedman is responsible for the research and development of new properties, sales negotiations on behalf of property owners and sellers, as well as the training of Pliskin's sales associates.
