Pliskin Realty & Development arranges 30,000 s/f lease
Pliskin Realty & Development has closed on the lease of a New York Sports Club. The lease involves a 30,000 s/f property located 625 Merrick Ave. Pliskin was the exclusive broker, representing the owner, a private investor. The deal was handled by Pliskin president and CEO Jeff Pliskin, executive vice president Marvin Hartman and sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki.
