Planit of Winick represents TF Cornerstone in Naked Perfection Spa lease

Brooklyn, NY Naked Perfection Spa has signed a new lease at the ground floor of 33 Bond St. This is the medspas first and only brick and mortar location.

Representing TF Cornerstone (TFC), Spencer Planit of Winick Realty Group assisted Naked Perfection Spa’s new 1,037 s/f, 15-year lease.

Naked Perfection Spa worked directly with Winick Realty Group (TFC representative) to secure the deal.

We are proud to be home to their first and only brick and mortar location, representing our continued work towards supporting small businesses and enhancing the shopping experiences for our residents and the larger surrounding community,” said Steve Gonzalez, vice president of Retail Leasing at TF C.

Naked Perfection Spa is the newest MedSpa in the Downtown Brooklyn area. The beauty industry usually only focuses on the outward appearance while ignoring what’s within. Coming out of a tough few years, Naked Perfection Spa strives to bring warm welcoming attention to problem areas that many shy away from. Outdoor amenities consist of 18,500 s/f of landscaped roof deck, featuring a golf putting green, BBQ grills, cabanas, sundeck, and outdoor shower. HomeWork at 33 Bond consists of 1,500 s/f of communal and individual workstations, booth seating, conference rooms, and terrace with solar-powered work tables. Pets also get the VIP treatment, thanks to an in-house pet spa and pet concierge service that offers dog walking, professional grooming, pet sitting with overnight pet care services, and play sessions with a full access puppy cam.
