Sperry Van Ness (SVN) has completed the sale of a 67,000 s/f single-tenant retail center fully occupied by Price Chopper SuperCenter, for $12.5 million to a private 1031 exchange buyer from California. The property is located at 2525 Erie Blvd. East. Joseph Pietrafesa II of Sperry Van Ness and Anthony Pugliese of TAP Capital represented the seller, Cor Erie Blvd. LLC. The buyer represented itself. The property was constructed exclusively for Golub Corp.'s Price Chopper SuperCenter in 2000 and is situated at the intersection of Midler Ave. and Erie Blvd. It is shadow-anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement. The property features an upscale look and sit down food court.
