McGuire Development has an on-going relationship with Buffalo Medical Group, serving as the organization's exclusive real estate consultant and assisting in all facets of real estate services, including owner representation of their new 45,000 s/f state-of-the-art medical office building at 3900 North Buffalo Rd. in Orchard Park, and the development and implementation of a 10-year real estate plan.
