Picone and Sutton Architecture complete construction for 4,000 s/f Pizza Plant

Buffalo, NY Picone Construction has completed construction of the 4,000 s/f  Pizza Plant Italian Pub at Canalside. The restaurant is located inside the first floor of the Courtyard Marriott building and features a full bar, dining rooms, kitchen, and grab and go area. The interior pub style and color scheme reflects Pizza Plant’s Williamsville location with added historical Buffalo décor creating a very inviting atmosphere. Picone Construction also renovated the Williamsville location at 7770 Transit Rd. a few years ago. Work included: millwork, doors, frames and hardware, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustic ceiling “cloud” tin panels, ceramic tile, stained concrete floors, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, fire extinguishers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm. The architect for this project was Sutton Architecture.
