Phillips of Largo Real Estate arranges $6.5 million refinancing
Buffalo, NY Jack Phillips, Principal at Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc., arranged a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a six-property portfolio consisting of medical office, retail, and office properties. The portfolio is 97% occupied, featuring a diverse tenant mix, and benefits from a location with significant frontage along a heavily trafficked commercial corridor. Financing was provided by one of Largo's correspondent life insurance relationships, with Largo handling the loan servicing in-house through maturity. This repeat borrower selected Largo for our strong lender relationships, seamless process, and certainty of execution.
