Phillips of Largo Real Estate Advisors secures $6.1 million loan for two medical office buildings in Greater Buffalo

Williamsville, NY Jack Phillips of Largo Real Estate Advisors Inc. secured a $6.1 million permanent first mortgage loan to refinance two adjacent medical office properties totaling 21,200 s/f. The buildings are fully occupied by two locally based medical providers and are located with access to Rte. 5 (Main St.) and I-290. Financing was arranged through one of Largo’s longstanding correspondent bank lending partners.

This transaction highlights Largo’s continued ability to deliver flexible financing solutions for medical office assets throughout Western New York by leveraging its strong relationships with regional bank lenders.
