Phillips of Largo Capital arranges $3.187 million first mortgage
Amherst, NY Jack Phillips, principal at the Largo Group of Companies, arranged a $3.187 million permanent first mortgage with long-term fixed rate and 30-year amortization.
The proceeds were used to refinance the existing debt and closing costs. The loan is secured by a 22,000 s/f multi-tenanted retail plaza.
The plaza has frontage along Maple Rd. and benefits from its proximity to densely populated residential areas.
