Pfister Energy Inc., a leading renewable energy company, was named to Inc. magazine's list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies for the fourth consecutive year. The ranking is based on percentage revenue growth. Pfister generated a 497% increase in revenue, making it number 708 and placing it in the top 15th percentile of the exclusive listing.
Nationally, the renewable energy design-build firm is the 30th fastest-growing company in the energy industry and the only N.J.-based energy company to make the list four years in a row. In addition to its N.J. headquarters, Pfister has operations in Fla., Maryland and N.H.
"Our strategy for achieving and sustaining high growth is to help our clients view the renewable energy industry in an entirely new way," said Wayne Pfisterer, president of Pfister. "Renewable energy is not just a way to save on short-term utility costs. When integrated into a building's infrastructure, the right type of systems can offer valuable energy savings and revenue potential in the short and long-term."

Pfisterer credits the company's ability to meet clients' evolving needs and its adaptability to the challenging energy market - both nationally and on a state-by-state basis - as the reasons it earned its place on the Inc. list four years in a row. Another critical growth strategy is Pfister Energy's commitment to bringing to market renewable and energy efficient technologies. The company is a leader, for instance, in its integration of "stacking" technologies, which encompass solar thermal, fuel cells, geothermal and natural daylighting. Pfister Energy combines these and other technologies to create customized solutions to meet client-specific needs.
