3PAR Inc., a provider of utility storage, has signed a 4,749 s/f lease at One Whitehall St., according to CresaPartners. The term is for five years, and the tenant will take occupancy in the spring.
One Whitehall St., located between Bridge and Stone Sts., is a 300,000 s/f office building constructed in 1962. It has been continuously owned by Rudin Management Co. and is 100% leased. Major tenants include the Topps Co., The Enterprise Foundation, St. Paul Travelers and International Shipholding Co. 3PAR was represented in the transaction by Jack Petrie, senior vice president, and Kristian Hansen, associate, of CresaPartners. Eugene Baumstein represented Rudin Management.
