Syosset, NY Ralph Perna of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has completed two sales totaling $8 million and two leases totaling 37,000 s/f. The deals include the following:
• Flos USA leased 24,000 s/f at 99 Lafayette Dr., Syosset. Flos USA imports and distributes lighting. NGKF’s Dan Marcus and Perna co-broked the deal.
• Q Home has purchased 495 West John St., Hicksville for $2.9 million. Q Home imports and distributes Asian home furnishing, and they have retail stores in New York and Los Angeles.Perna represented the buyer of the 23,000 s/f property. NGKF’s Chuck Tabone, Scott Berfas, and Dan Gazzola represented the seller.
• Coline Cabinetry, purchased 1795 Express Dr. North, Hauppauge for $5.1 million. Coline Imports, assembles and distributes kitchen and bath units. Perna represented the buyer in the 51,000 s/f property sale. Tom Attivissimo of Greiner-Maltz represented the seller.
• 631 Coatings lease 13,000 s/f at 258 Broadhollow Rd., Farmingdale. 631 applies protected coating to mostly exotic cars for protection against scratches. Perna represented both sides.
