Grassi & Co. has added two new professionals to their tax practice - Tony Panebianco, CPA, and Bill Franzon, CPA.
Panebianco has joined Grassi as director of family wealth strategies. As a CPA with 20 years' experience in handling tax and accounting matters, he has developed a client base of domestic and multinational entrepreneurs and executives, including their family members, trusts, partnerships and closely-held corporations.
Proper financial planning for the future and the future of one's family is critical, to ensure a worry-free retirement as well as making sure family is well taken care of after the estate holder passes. He has extensive experience assisting with proper planning allowing his clients to maximize tax savings and retain as much of their life's earnings as possible.
Franzon has joined Grassi as a tax principal. His expertise includes reviewing and preparing significant global tax provisions (ASC 740) as well as FIN 48 projects. Additionally, he reviews tax compliance for large C Corps., S Corps. and Partnerships for a variety of clients. Prior to joining Grassi, he worked for a national law firm.
He will leverage this experience as well as his tax code expertise to further expand the firm's media, entertainment and telecommunications practice.
