Outside the Region: Kassin Sabbagh Realty completes six apartment building portfolio sale in Ohio - $35 million
Southwest, OH Kassin Sabbagh Realty, LLC through its Ohio brokerage affiliate, Windsor International Realty, has completed the sale of a portfolio of six apartment communities of over 700 units in the Southwest, Ohio area for $35 million.
Steven Pollan and Jeffrey Znaty of Kassin Sabbagh were the brokers on this off-market transaction.
Primarily focused on New York City real estate, with the recent rent law changes, the team of Pollan and Znaty have expanded nationwide. This transaction is indicative of their focus on nationwide growth and expansion.
