What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I assisted the Testing Lab responsible for locating the first Omicron variant in New York City. They opened in a new lab in Long Island City and I coordinated the relocation of all of their lab equipment, office furniture, and employees’ contents, merging three offices into their new headquarters.

Tell us about a mentor or role model that has influenced your career choices?

My uncle, who was a successful entrepreneur and business owner, taught me how to look at business strategically. There are a lot of things you can do to make money, but what you choose should make you happy, have a clear path to success, and challenge you on a daily basis.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I am an active volunteer. I enjoy helping others in my free time and doing what I can to assist in my community. This year I am coaching my first youth basketball team which I am really enjoying, and I also am a Big Brother through Big Brothers, Big Sisters of NYC where I’ve been mentoring my little for seven years. I also enjoy sports, arts, culture, and the outdoors.

What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry? In order to succeed in the commercial and office moving industry you need to have a high level of communication skills, show fortitude, and be able to critically think. Moving is a human centric operation so communicating effectively is a key to success. Beyond that, there are often variables that create conflict which require fast action and critical thinking that depends on your ability to rise up and resolve any issues either your team or clients are having.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
