What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

Recently launching a woman-owned real estate focused executive search, recruiting and consulting firm.

Tell us about a mentor or role model that has influenced your career choices?

I’ve been so fortunate to have many throughout my career in both real estate and non-real estate industries. Different perspectives have allowed me to see the fuller picture and pull me out of my own narrative.

What 3 skills do you consider the most important to be successful in your industry?

1. Interpersonal skills and building strong and lasting relationships.

2. Clear & effective communication.

3. Deeply understanding clients’ organizational needs along with their short/long term goals and matching the right talent for them.

What is one lesson that you had to learn the hard way?

Leave the Tech to the experts!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Being with family and my kids, playing tennis, and reading.
