Osterhoudt to lead site design services group at Creighton Manning Engineering
Creighton Manning Engineering has expanded their professional services related to land development to include site design services.
The new service group will be led by Robert Osterhoudt, P.E., who has joined the firm as an associate. Osterhoudt is a civil engineer with 17 years of experience in the design of retail, office, residential and industrial development projects.
Creighton Manning Engineering is one of the top 10 civil engineering firms in the Capital Region, with offices in Albany and Glens Falls.
The firm offers comprehensive services to developers and retailers including site design, traffic engineering, land surveying, traffic signal design, highway design, permitting and construction inspection.
