Ongania of Soundview arranges 5,040 s/f lease

According to Soundview Realty Group, the Heron Professional Center at 2410 N. Ocean Ave. is 100% occupied. The 50,000 s/f building, purchased by Ocean 11 Realty LLC in Jan. 2012, was remodeled with a new lobby, elevator and other improvements. Deborah Ongania, licensed associate broker with Soundview, secured the final lease - 5,040 s/f to Watermoor Group, Ltd. Paul Elliott, president & CEO of Soundview and a principal of Ocean 11 Realty LLC, is thrilled with the outcome.
