Ongania of Soundview arranges 5,040 s/f lease
According to Soundview Realty Group, the Heron Professional Center at 2410 N. Ocean Ave. is 100% occupied. The 50,000 s/f building, purchased by Ocean 11 Realty LLC in Jan. 2012, was remodeled with a new lobby, elevator and other improvements. Deborah Ongania, licensed associate broker with Soundview, secured the final lease - 5,040 s/f to Watermoor Group, Ltd.
Paul Elliott, president & CEO of Soundview and a principal of Ocean 11 Realty LLC, is thrilled with the outcome.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
