Hunt of Hunt Corp. leases 3,213 s/f to Greiner-Maltz

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Greiner-Maltz has leased 3,213 s/f of office space at 185 Express St. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates. The tenant represented themselves. The 26,540 s/f office building, situated on 1.73 acres, is located off the South Service Rd. of the Long Island Expressway. Each office suite features an outside entrance, separately metered utilities and parking spaces. The space will be built to the tenant specifications. Greiner-Maltz was founded by William Greiner and Richard Maltz in 1953 and since has been engaged exclusively in the leasing, selling, appraising and managing of industrial, commercial, and retail property in the New York - New Jersey metropolitan area. Greiner-Maltz is relocating their Long Island office on Sunnyside Boulevard to Express Street in Plainview. The move is scheduled for April, 2014. Hunt is the exclusive leasing agent for Anton Cerrone Associates, representing a portfolio of over 700,000 s/f of real estate throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. specializes in exclusively representing clients for the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate.
