Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is located near the entrance of Sky View Center at the intersection of College Point Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue, and is currently offering a promotion for buy one, get one free Bubble Milk Tea. Customers also have the added convenience of three-hours of free parking in the nearby parking garage.
"We wanted to expand our presence to another key location with significant exposure and consistent flow of foot traffic," said Ching Fu, Lin, president of Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. "Sky View Center provided an ideal space for our new location."
Coco Fresh Tea & Juice joins an expanding roster of national tenants including the 36,000 s/f specialty Asian supermarket Sky Foods, as well as Five Guys Burger & Fries, Famous Footwear, Neighborhood Grill & Bar, Target (including a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express), Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, BJ's Wholesale Club, Bob's Discount Furniture, Chuck E. Cheese's, Marshall's, Old Navy, Payless Shoesource, and Hershey's Ice Cream. Chase Bank is anticipated to open a location at the mall in spring 2012.
