Oliveri of STL Realty represents Northfield Bank and Crown Acqisitions for 3,000 s/f

John Oliveri of STL Realty LLC has represented Northfield Bank and Crown Aquisitions in a lease signing at 1501 86th St. The site, an assemblage of a Shell Gas station and the Micali Terrace catering hall has been converted into a retail development site by Richard Chera of Crown Acquisitions. Northfield Bank has signed a 10 year lease for 3,000 s/f and will be joining Walgreens as a co-tenant. The site sits on the border of Dyker Heights/Bensonhurst and is currently under demolition and is expected to be completed within 12 months. Northfield Bank has 20 Locations throughout New Jersey, Staten Island and Brooklyn. STL Realty LLC, based in Staten Island, represented both parties.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
