Hunt Commercial and Hunt Real Estate completed the sale of Vienna Gardens on 144 Main St., Phelps and Armstrong Senior Living on 790 East Maple Ave., Newark. The deal was brokered by Gregory Oehler of Hunt Commercial Real Estate and Don Simonetti, Sr. of Hunt Real Estate ERA.
Both facilities were purchased by John Billone of Flower City Management & Development and a newly formed LLC. The two facilities fit very well into the current portfolio of Flower City Management and will provide them presence in two new markets.
The facilities, owned by a Rochester physician, were well managed and maintained with high occupancy. Flower City Management is looking to add additional rooms and upgrade the overall interior and exterior appearance, along with new windows.
