The second location, located at 18 Rte. 17K, and known as the former Manheim Auto auction facility, consisted of 30 acres of paved parking and a 34,000 s/f industrial building along with a truck and car wash building. U.S. Crane and Rigging received approvals to build a 66,100 s/f industrial building which will be utilized for structural steel fabrication purposes. The construction project is valued at $21 million and will create 32 permanent jobs. Malone and Coleman represented U.S. Crane & Rigging on the purchase of 18 Rte. 17K.
