NYCRS completes four office/retail leases totaling 6,170 s/f; Includes a 1,230 s/f office lease by De Soultrait at 265 Canal Street

New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) has signed four leases totaling 6,170 s/f. The deals include the following: * A 1,230 s/f office lease at 265 Canal St. Bertrand De Soultrait of NYCRS represented the client, GV Service, who signed a four-year lease for office space. The landlord was represented by Michael Rouzenrouch of Miyad Realty. * A 1,500 s/f office lease at 39 West 32nd St. Tim Parkkila of NYCRS represented the tenant, Money Management Int. Berik Management represented the landlord, Gautam Nagarmat. The non-profit debt collection company signed a 3 year lease for office space. * A 2,440 s/f retail lease at 83 Spring St. Kathleen Perkins of NYCRS represented the client, Marsan & Marsan Inc. Jenny Haim of 83 Spring Group LLC represented the landlord. * A 1,000 s/f retail lease at 1442 Lexington St. Marjorie Borell of NYCRS represented the client, The London Candy Co. Darrel Rubins of Winick Realty represented the landlord. A ten-year retail lease was signed.
