NYCRS brokers two retail leases totaling 3,500 s/f

New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) has brokered two retail leases totaling 3,500 s/f. The deals include: * NYCRS associate broker, Marjorie Borell, completed a 2,900 s/f retail lease at 715 9th Ave. in Midtown West/Hell's Kitchen. Borell represented the tenant, Universal Gear, who has taken a 10-year lease at $95 per s/f. * NYCRS agents Ravi Idnani and James Famularo have completed a 600 s/f retail lease at 400 East 74th St. The location is the first for Sunshine Body Works with plans to open at least two more locations in the future. Famularo and Idnani acted as exclusive tenant reps while Paul Irvine and Caroline Chiti of Irvine Realty represented the landlord, Rojell Corp.
