Nowak of Marcus & Millichap brokers $3.3 million sale of 19,721 s/f property; Represents buyer and seller of 133 Sutton Street, Brooklyn

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, has brokered the $3.3 million sale of 133 Sutton St., a 19,721 s/f industrial property, according to John Horowitz, regional manager. Jakub Nowak, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a LLC, was secured and represented by Nowak. According to Nowak, the sale of a 20,000 s/f warehouse with a significant amount of deferred maintenance at $167.33 per s/f is yet another example of the growing demand for well-located Greenpoint industrial real estate.
