North Forest Office Space expanding portfolio

Buffalo, NY North Forest Office Space, a developer of quality office space is adding to its portfolio of office parks. While much of the real estate development is taking place in markets outside of Western New York, the expansion is also prompting increases to the employee base at the company’s local headquarters to support the company as it grows.

Most recently, North Forest has added office parks in suburban Dallas and Austin, Texas and Denver, Colorado.

North Forest has started its first project near Dallas, Texas with a location in Frisco, a northern suburb. Construction is underway on the two-building office park, which totals 25,000 s/f of space to be leased.

The company has also begun construction on seven new projects in suburban Austin, Texas, including an expansion of its Cedar Park location as well as new office parks in Buda, Georgetown, Kyle, Leander, Round Rock and South Austin. These projects total over 100,000 s/f of additional space.

In suburban Denver, Colorado, North Forest is currently expanding its Brighton office park to add 25,000 s/f of space in two new buildings. Construction is set to begin soon. The company recently completed two successful projects in this market, in Firestone and Thornton, Colorado.

The construction projects continue the rapid growth North Forest has experienced since its inception in 1987, when founder Roy Jordan began constructing commercial office space. Today, North Forest has around 40 employees, with almost half working at its headquarters.

“We are excited to pursue new opportunities throughout the country, but our roots are in the Buffalo area,” said Dave Merrell, North Forest president. “With our headquarters in Williamsville and a large local portfolio, we will continue to provide a simple and easy leasing experience to small business owners and medical and dental practices in the Buffalo area and all markets we serve.”

North Forest Office Space manages office parks throughout suburban Buffalo and Rochester, NY, Austin and Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO. The company specializes in providing medical, dental and professional office space for small to medium-sized businesses. Simple and flexible design options allow for fast occupancy and the ability to add space as businesses grow. Each North Forest property includes individual offices with private entrances, exterior signage, free parking and other amenities.
