Holbrook, NY According to Genesis Real Estate Advisors, Inc., 4880 Veterans Memorial Hwy. is being revitalized. Christopher Nicholson of Genesis negotiated the $2.9 million sale on behalf of Unique Fitness along with Alberto Fiorini of Alliance Real Estate. The seller of the subject property was Long Island Capital Management.

The new fitness center is expected to be delivered end of next year.
