Niblock of Friedman-Roth brokers $7.6 million sale

Friedman-Roth Realty Services arranged the sale of two contiguous apartment buildings located at 311 - 313 West 47th St., between Eighth and Ninth Aves. The properties, both five-story walk-ups, contains a total of 20 units and are a combined total of 19,120 /f. The off-market transaction sold for $7.6 million. George Niblock of Friedman-Roth represented the buyer and the seller.
