Newman of Malkin Properties represents landlord in 3,207 s/f lease expansion
Barrington Nutritionals has signed an early renewal of its lease at 500 Mamaroneck Ave., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of Malkin Properties, the building's marketing and managing agent.
In its second renewal - the firm renewed and expanded its space from 2,166 s/f to 3,207 s/f in 2002 - Barrington Nutritionals has chosen to remain on the second floor of 500 Mamaroneck Ave. for an additional eight years, extending its previous lease by six years and five months. Newman represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Mike McCarthy of Colliers International.

500 Mamaroneck Ave. is a five-story, 285,000 s/f, multi-tenanted office building. The building, comprising dual "center core" pods, subdivides well for multiple users within each pod, with unit size availabilities from 1,100 s/f.
